This is one of the more recent meta-analysis comparing Ketamine IV therapy to Spravato ( esketamine ). 24 trials representing 1877 study participatns were pooled. Ketamine IV demonstrated grater overall response and remission rates, as well as lower dropouts ( patients quitting the study )
